Watch as This Artist Creates a Massive Medusa Back Piece

And it's quite different than what you'd expect!

Certain tattoo designs seem to be more popular and in demand than others, such as a Medusa tattoo. However, one idea - or design - can be transformed into many different versions.

Check out tattoo artist Lacamladope Tattoo, who is located in the South of France, in Marseille to be exact. He created a very interesting version of Medusa while incorporating another famous statue.

This is epic!

Especially turning one Medusa head into three, representing the "Three Wise Monkeys," statues which are known for the saying,

"See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil."

And who originated in Japan.

According to the artist, his client chose this tattoo, as it also represents Greek mythology.

The more you know.

Because one TikToker (@mamaber831) commented,

"I hope the story behind this isn't a tragic one. If it is, I'm sorry for what you went through man."

Nope, apparently nothing tragic, unless you're referring to Greek mythology because that sure is tragic.

As you can see in the video, the tattoo came out detailed and the linework is clean and precise. It's hard to say how long this took, and if it was one or multiple sessions, but it was guaranteed a little painful. Anyone who has a big backpiece can probably agree.

The TattooTok community also thought this was superb.

As TikToker @downwithjc posted,

"The coolest Medusa piece I’ve ever seen Tbh."

I must agree.

Another person (@itzbreebroo) wrote,

"Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil beautiful done piece."

It sure is.

If you should find yourself in the South of France soon and want to get tattooed, it's worth checking out Lacamladope. I know, I will.
